Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Executive Director or senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• State-required Administrator license/certification (or ability to obtain)
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy, financial, and quality outcomes
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred)
• Multi-department operational leadership experience (preferred)
• Experience managing P&L for a senior living community (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of community operations, ensuring quality, service, occupancy, and financial goals are met
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing community leadership team
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards across all departments
• Oversee resident services, care coordination, and overall resident satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Partner with the Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue goals
• Own budget development, expense management, and overall financial performance
