Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred
• RHA, LNHA, HFA preferred (state-dependent)
• Must meet state experience requirements for senior living licensure
• Experience in managing senior living communities preferred
• Minimum of three to five years of leadership experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operations, finances, and human resources of the community
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies related to Resident care
• Supervise and coordinate Resident services with external health care providers
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and disciplining of Community Team Members
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve occupancy targets through marketing initiatives
• Ensure maintenance standards for the community and grounds are met
• Direct activities in compliance with federal and state regulations
