Executive Director - Pipeline (No Current Opening)
Location: Northern or Southern California (Flexible for Future Opportunities)

  • Proven leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related fields.

  • Approachable, collaborative leadership style-skilled in coaching and accountability.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including MS Office 365 and web-based systems.
