- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and staffing plans.
- Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries and resident/family concerns.
- Foster a resident-first culture focused on dignity, wellness, and community.
- Represent the community professionally in both internal and external relationships.
- Promote staff development and morale through coaching, communication, and leading by example.
- Actively participate in strategic initiatives and community engagement.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:- Proven leadership experience in senior living.
- Active Licensed Personal Care Administrator
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and empower teams toward shared goals.
- Passion for senior care and a commitment to person-centered service.
