What We Can Achieve Together:The Executive Coordinator to the Global Head of Policy and Public Funding will be responsible for providing direct support to an executive team member and may also support other senior managers. They will perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks, which may include budget preparation, domestic and international travel arrangements, meeting logistics, reporting and tracking information, and scheduling for a vice president, regional director, or a role of similar scope and complexity. They will create, oversee, and work to consistently improve communications to all members within the business unit or region's scope and beyond. They may provide operational support to the executive, such as recruiting and other HR support, creating/submitting financial and technical reports, and analyzing key data to ensure efficient management.
The Executive Coordinator will provide guidance in satisfying requirements based on extensive knowledge of policies and procedures. They will manage operational program guidelines and modify processes to achieve results, improve workflow, and solve problems. They will provide advice, recommendations, and training related to the needs of the executive. They must have advanced knowledge of the systems and resources utilized by the program to provide support. The Executive Coordinator will work in close cooperation with senior managers, staff, trustees, board of directors, and donors, as well as customers, vendors, and business relations. They will manage diverse tasks, analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, project outcomes, and implement solutions to improve effectiveness. This position requires travel occasionally, working long and flexible hours, as needed. The work environment involves only infrequent exposure to disagreeable elements and minor physical exertion and/or strain.

What You'll Bring:- Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination, including 2 years providing direct administrative support to a senior manager.
- Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
- Experience negotiating agreements.
- Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
- Experience with current technology in relevant field.
- Experience working with a wide range of people, such as board of directors, donors, volunteers, and/or all levels of staff.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Salary Information:This position may be based in any country where TNC has an established entity, taking into consideration legal restrictions, such as non-national ratios and immigration processing times. For U.S. based applicants only, the starting pay range for this position is generally within the range of $69,275 - $103,785 for annual base salary and is based on location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. For all other applicants, pay ranges will be in local currency, the pay range will be based on the local labor market, and not tied to the above pay range. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment and used to determine your actual pay range. Additionally, for all applicants, actual pay will fall within a range based on a variety of factors including, for example, the candidate's qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
