Overview

Are you energized by helping a senior leader and global organization operate at their best? The Copilot & Agent Ecosystem (CAPE) team works across Microsoft, customers, and partners to build and scale the agentic ecosystem and accelerate the impact of Copilot and agents across the Microsoft portfolio.

As the Executive Business Administrator supporting the Corporate Vice President of CAPE, you will be a trusted administrative partner to the CVP and work closely with the Chief of Staff and leadership team. You will also help simplify and improve administrative practices by using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and other approved tools responsibly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic calendar and time-planning support for the CVP, using a strong understanding of leadership priorities and operating style to protect focus time, resolve conflicts, manage tradeoffs, and reduce low-value calendar noise.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership team to plan and execute CAPE's rhythm of business, including leadership forums, business reviews, All Hands meetings, people and rewards cadences, and other priority moments; ensure agendas, preparation, decisions, and follow-through are clear.
  • Manage domestic and international travel and executive engagements end to end, including complex itineraries, documentation, customer and partner meetings, Executive Briefings, conferences, speaking engagements, and coordination with security and executive offices as needed.
  • Own executive meeting and event logistics, including scheduling, attendee coordination, rooms and Teams links, audiovisual readiness, catering, briefing materials, notes, action tracking, and resolution of last-minute issues.
  • Operate as part of CAPE's shared administrative support model, enabling clear handoffs and global coverage, following standardized intake and calendar practices, and prioritizing CAPE leadership and all-up business commitments.
  • Support core business operations, including executive expenses and interim approvals, discretionary budget and purchase-order tracking, headcount and recruiting administration, onboarding and offboarding, distribution and security groups, hardware, and space management.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by closing the loop on requests, anticipating risks, simplifying workflows, using data and approved AI tools to improve efficiency, and contributing leadership and mentorship within the Business Support community.
