Position Overview:
Serves as a consultant on the development and implementation of strategies by establishing overarching objectives, and ensuring the necessary staffing and resources will provide leadership and facilitation in the resolution of highly strategic and sensitive issues or projects of Sutter Health. Has oversight and management of projects. Able to conceptualize, develop, and drive high-level strategic initiatives, and has hands-on and achieve the final results expected.

  • Experience with business process improvement and the tools and data requirements for supporting an effective business process improvement project.
  • Demonstrated ability to determine key business issues and develop appropriate action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives
  • Proven performance in strategic/operational analysis and planning, analytical techniques, financial and market assessments
  • Leadership skills in project management and consulting. must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and results orientation
  • Superior communication, consulting, facilitation, negotiation, conflict management, problem resolution, change management skills and consensus building skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage in ambiguous situations with minimal direction

Pay Range is $138,881.60 to $208,332.80 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health's comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
