  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and external advisors to develop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations for executive hires, promotions, retention needs, and organizational changes.
  • Support annual compensation review processes by preparing high-quality analyses, summaries, dashboards, and deliverables for senior stakeholders.
  • Translate complex compensation data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for non-technical audiences.

Compensation and Talent Committee Support

  • Prepare compensation analyses, executive summaries, presentation materials, data tables, and supporting documentation for committee review.
  • Partner with Legal, Corporate Governance, Finance, and external advisors to ensure committee materials are accurate, timely, well-structured, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve committee preparation through automation, standardized templates, digital workflows, Power BI reporting, and AI-enabled content or data support.

Annual Proxy Statement Support
  • Contribute to and lead assigned sections of the executive compensation content within the company's annual proxy statement.
  • Draft assigned tables, graphics, narratives, and compensation disclosures in close partnership with Legal and Corporate Governance.
  • Support data validation, disclosure accuracy, and consistency across executive compensation materials.
  • Use analytical tools, data visualization, and process automation where appropriate to improve accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability in proxy preparation.

Incentive Plan Administration
  • Support the design, administration, modeling, and operational execution of short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Support year-end results modeling, payout processes, and Management Incentive Plan deliverables.
  • Assist in evaluating incentive plan implications related to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, organizational changes, and executive transitions.
  • Partner on plan communication and education efforts to increase understanding, consistency, and adoption across stakeholder groups.
  • Identify ways to modernize plan administration through improved data workflows, AI-enabled task automation, dashboards, and digital reporting tools.

AI, Digital Enablement, and Automation
  • Serve as a digital advocate within the Executive Compensation team by identifying opportunities to automate recurring administrative tasks, reporting processes, data validation activities, and manual workflows.
  • Explore and apply AI-enabled tools, digital agents, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI dashboards, Excel automation, and related technologies to improve team efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with team members to assess current processes and recommend practical AI/Digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve speed to insight.
  • Build, enhance, or support Power BI dashboards and data visualization tools to improve visibility into executive compensation metrics, incentive plan data, committee preparation, and recurring compensation deliverables.
  • Help increase the team's AI and digital fluency by sharing ideas, best practices, and practical use cases that support a more modern, data-driven operating model.
  • Maintain curiosity around emerging AI, automation, analytics, and digital workplace tools that can strengthen the team's effectiveness and stakeholder support.
