The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in Long Island City, Queens. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to manage a Commissary Kitchen that supports our professional dining accounts in Manhattan. Our ideal candidate must have high volume experience and strong organizational skills.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events.


What we're looking for:

Must-haves:
  • At least six years of progressive culinary experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Experience with budget statements.


Nice-to-haves:
  • Associate's degree in culinary arts.


Compensation Range

Up to $125,000 plus 10% bonus
