Full Job Description
Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations at Daughters of Israel in West Orange, New Jersey. This is a Kosher Dining skilled nursing and rehab facility for 105 residents and serves a meals on wheels program.

The Executive Chef will lead a culinary team of 6, overseeing food production, quality, safety, & service. Typical shift: 7:00 am-3:30 pm & rotating weekends. Experience in a kosher kitchen and special diets is preferred.

Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $70975 - $91850
