Full Job Description
We have an immediate need for an Executive Business Partner, Office of the CEO in El Paso, Texas. The Role: As an Executive Business Partner for the CEO, you will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing a complex global calendar, coordinating international and domestic travel, and planning business-critical meetings and events. Beyond core administrative tasks, you will be a trusted business partner, driving projects from initiation to completion, solving problems before they arise, and proposing strategic process and operational improvements that elevate the entire organization. You will have a unique opportunity to identify gaps and surface them to leadership in order to make an impact across the organization and culture. Your strong business judgment, ability to manage through ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to navigate a variety of functions, interact with various groups of people, and establish a high level of trust with leaders and cross-functional partners. The Responsibilities: 34 Strategic Partner to CEO + Executive Team: Serve as a core strategic partner for executive leadership, seamlessly orchestrating complex global calendars, international travel, and high-stakes business meetings to maximize executive impact. 34 Strategic Time & Priority Management: For the CEO, specifically, this means architecting and managing his fluid calendar by dynamically stack-ranking incoming requests against strategic goals, tracking how time is spent, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of time management. This is inclusive of the CEOs personal and professional appointments, activities, lifestyle, and travel. 34 Trusted Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to leadership, facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration while exercising impeccable judgment with highly confidential information. 34 Communication with Key Partners: Correspond professionally with people at all levels, internally and externally, so as to serve as a reflection of the professionalism of our team and company. Develop a strong repository of our partners and vendors, which can span into gifting and tracking important milestones for each. 34 Cross-Functional Operations: Partner with the Chief of Staff, executive board, and international leaders to track key deliverables, drive alignment, and ensure follow-through on major initiatives. Support critical operational projects from conception to successful execution, bringing clarity to ambiguous situations and proactively removing roadblocks before they arise. 34 Project Management & Tracking: Act as a force multiplier by independently driving strategic initiatives from conception to flawless execution. 34 Global Travel & Event Design: End-to-end orchestration of complex domestic and international travel, executive offsites, high-level client summits, and regional board meetings. Work closely with the Chief of Staff to prepare travel itineraries and briefing documents before meetings and ensure prompt follow-up of any action items post-meetings. 34 Cultural & Community Ambassador: Lead, inspire, and act as a mentor and role model for the broader business, driving team morale and guiding high-impact community projects. Serve as an advocate for the company culture, cultivating a highly productive and collaborative environment across the organization. The Requirements: 34 Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience supporting C-suite executives may be considered in lieu of a degree. 34 Operating out of our El Paso, Texas headquarters, this role requires an elite level of bilingual communication in English and Spanish, exceptional business acumen, and the capability to handle high-stakes cross-border dynamics with absolute discretion. 34 Must hold a valid passport (or be eligible to obtain one) with no restrictions on international travel, given the cross-border nature of this role. 34 Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice, to support executive travel and cross-border operations. 34 7+ years supporting senior executives in a fast-moving, high-growth tech environment, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of executive operations and strategic work, not just task execution 34 Proven ability to operate at the intersection of execution and strategy: you handle the day-to-day and contribute meaningfully to the bigger picture 34 Track record of operating independently: you manage competing priorities, make judgment calls without escalating every decision, and close the loop without being chased. 34 Proven discretion with sensitive information across compensation, personnel decisions, and strategic planning 34 Active AI fluency: you are using AI tools in your daily work today, can describe how your workflows have changed, and are willing to share what you have learned with teammates. 34 Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clearly and accurately on behalf of senior leaders and represent their voice in cross-functional settings. 34 Comfortable with ambiguity: you do not need a complete picture to take the next step, and you do not go quiet when the path is unclear. 34 Self-starter able to deliver results even when working autonomously and without supervision. 34 Excited to learn new tools and technologies, but you already have expert-level IT skills, including experience using AI tools. G-Suite power user. 34 Calm under fire and handles stress gracefully. 34 Humble, low ego, proactive, self-motivated, confident, strong work ethic. 34 You combine executive presence with strategic instinct: you read the room, stay ten steps ahead, and show up to every interaction prepared. 34 You have incredible instincts and you have the ability to adapt to different ways of working - knowing when to act, when to escalate, and when to wait.
