Full Job Description
Description

Our physical office is located in Bountiful, Utah, near Salt Lake City. We are open to this position being in-office, hybrid, or potentially fully remote for the right candidate, depending on experience, fit, and the applicant's ability to work effectively virtually and hold team members accountable remotely.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / HIGH-LEVEL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Residential Real Estate Sales Team
Operations, Systems, and Transaction Management

HOW TO APPLY

To be considered for this position, please complete both steps below:
  1. Submit your application along with a cover letter explaining why you believe you would be a good fit for this position based on what we are looking for
  2. Then be on the lookout for a second email to complete the DISC assessment.

You may explain why you are the right fit in whatever format communicates it best, whether that is a written email, a video (please send URL), or something else. We want to understand your experience, abilities, and why you believe we should speak further.

The DISC assessment will help us evaluate whether the position may be a good fit, but the decision to speak further will not be based solely on your DISC results. More emphasis will be placed on your experience and how you explain why you believe you are the right person for this role.

LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY

The transaction coordination responsibilities are not intended to be permanent.

As the company grows and our transaction processes are running smoothly, this person will help hire and train a Transaction Coordinator to take over the day-to-day transactional work.

They will then transition fully into the Director of Operations role, overseeing the company's operations, systems, team accountability, and continued growth.

Long-term, this person will also help:
  • Recruit and onboard agents and other team members
  • Build a consistent and repeatable onboarding process
  • Help agents understand and commit to their production goals
  • Hold agents accountable to the goals and numbers they set
  • Organize ongoing team meetings, training, and accountability
  • Oversee team members and ensure they are following established systems
  • Continue identifying and solving operational bottlenecks
  • Document and improve processes throughout the company

WORK LOCATION

This is ideally an in-person position, and our strong preference is to find someone who can regularly work from our office.

However, we are open to a hybrid arrangement for the right person, with most work performed remotely and the person coming into the office at least once or twice per week.

We may also consider a fully remote candidate if they are exceptionally strong at building systems, creating accountability, and managing people virtually. As the team grows and more agents work in person, the ability to be physically present will become increasingly valuable.

COMPENSATION

The starting salary for this position will be approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.

As the company grows, this role has the potential to develop into a high multiple-six-figure leadership position.
