Your Role

The Executive Assistant, Senior (EA) will support Executive Leadership. In this role you will provide executive administrative support including but not limited to serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Executives being supported. The EA also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team; monitors and responds to emails, heavy scheduling, and calendaring meetings; organizes and coordinates executive outreach; and oversees special projects.

In this role, you will:
  • Provide executive-level administrative and analytical support to the leadership team
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling logistics, and meeting priorities to protect time and decision flow
  • Coordinate and produce executive, board, and committee meeting agendas and materials, including briefings and business documents
  • Monitor, triage, and respond to email and correspondence on behalf of Executives using sound judgment
  • Serve as primary point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Analyze issues, compile data, and deliver clear reports and recommendations to support executive decisions and approvals
  • Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to gather inputs, advance deliverables, and close action items
  • Plan and manage detailed travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare and submit timely expense reports and related documentation
  • Safeguard confidential and sensitive information while maintaining discretion and professionalism


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Requires 5 years of prior relevant executive support experience with C-suite level leaders
  • Requires proficiency in developing executive level presentations in MS Office
  • Requires willingness and ability to occasionally work off-hours to support the administrative needs of the Executive Vice President
  • Requires a high level and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Full-time role aligned with our hybrid office requirement, mostly sedentary workday

  • This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
