Compensation
The compensation target for this role is: $89,300 - $105,000

Job Summary
Purple is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant. This person will provide executive, administrative, and development support to C-level Executives, and supplemental support to the Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the C-level Executives they support. They will also serve as a liaison to senior management teams; organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists the C-level Executives with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.


  • Communicates with the general staff on the C-level Executives behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, and senior management teams.


  • Drafts reports, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.


  • Manages ad hoc projects from scoping through delivery, coordinating across teams as needed.


  • Supports C-level Executives in his/her external commitments, including service on external boards, committees and other groups.


  • Takes minutes and action items for weekly Executive team meetings.


  • Orders supplies and snacks for the Executive Team.


Required Skills, Education, Experience:

  • Ability to use judgement and discretion in many situations over significant discussion points relevant to the success of the business.


  • At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite Execs.


  • Impeccable written and verbal communication.


  • Extensive experience working with senior executives.


  • Ability to work effectively and positively under pressure with frequent interruptions.


  • Well organized and proactive problem solver who can work independently while interacting well with others.


  • A good humored and amicable person who cares about their work and wants to make a difference.

  • Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
