Full Job Description
Your Role:

In this role you will provide high-level administrative support to the SVP and ensure the smooth operation of the office. The Executive Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This role demands a high level of confidentiality and professionalism and requires flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Administrative Support: Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Ensure the SVP is well-prepared for meetings with relevant materials and information.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives led by the SVP. Track progress and provide updates on key projects and deadlines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the SVP and internal/external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts and departments.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Maintain professionalism and a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Experience in an executive assistant role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and processes.


Pay Range for this position: $33 - $50 / hour

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
