Senior Executive Assistant Location: Palo Alto Hybrid or West Coast Remote
We are looking for an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to play a key role in our company's growth and success. Reporting directly to the Chief People & Places Officer (CPPO) this role will serve as a trusted operational partner to the CPPO through calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.

Our expectation is for you to build strong relationships with your colleagues, represent Intapp professionally in all venues, think ahead and anticipate issues before they arise, and provide support as and when needed, with no task too small, and always in the interests of Intapp.
We need you to be able to react with urgency and work at speed in certain situations, and in other situations, to drive complex tasks to completion over time. You should be adept at working with multiple people, perspectives, and technical systems and applications.
What you will do:- Manage the CPPO's calendar with a high degree of judgment - prioritizing, scheduling, and protecting time for strategic work.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary planning, logistics, and contingency management.
- Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on time.
- Exercise sound judgment to balance shifting priorities, protect confidential information, and maintain operational continuity
- Assist with preparation for meetings and presentations, including organization of meeting materials and logistics
- Meet deadlines, anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative, and independently complete tasks
- Handle multiple projects with the possibility of changing priorities
- General project and task management
- Generating, capturing, and presenting metrics, as needed
What you will need: - 5-10 years of experience supporting high tech executives and working in a startup environment
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proficiency in use of collaboration tools including Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without losing quality or composure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; you write clearly and know how to tailor a message to the audience.
- Discretion and good judgment - you'll be trusted with confidential information and will handle it accordingly.
