The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with leaders across the university, manage high-priority initiatives, and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. What You'll Do

Partner with Senior Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the university with professionalism and discretion in interactions with leadership, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication across a variety of audiences and initiatives.

Manage Executive Priorities
  • Oversee complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and prepare materials to ensure successful meetings and engagements.
  • Help leaders stay organized and focused on strategic priorities.

Coordinate Meetings & Events
  • Plan and support meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track action items and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accountability on key initiatives.

Support Communications
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of senior leadership.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, speeches, and other executive communications.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Travel & Expense Management
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Prepare travel documentation and expense reports in compliance with university policies.
  • Track corporate card expenses and support budget-related activities.

Manage Office Operations
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and office operations.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Coordinate office resources, supplies, and equipment as needed.

Drive Special Projects
  • Support strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by senior leadership.
  • Conduct research, gather insights, and compile data to assist decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.
