Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Administrator to join our Audit organization team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced administrative functions requiring a high level of competency in office procedures and detailed knowledge of the firm's organization, procedures and operations
  • Compose memos, letters and other correspondence
  • Handle the highest level of confidential information
  • Has frequent contact with senior firm leaders, external clients, and regulators which often requires a significant amount of clarification and diplomacy
  • Manage global and domestic travel and meeting arrangements
  • Work independently, exercises considerable discretion and is forward thinking in managing executive activities; make decisions and formulate procedures within area of responsibility and within the confines of firm policies
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent administrative experience; preferably in a professional services firm, supporting C-suite executives
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Experience with protocols and demeanor of an Executive Office/corporate environment
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot problems and know when to escalate
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, web-based research and advanced AI skills
