Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Executive Administrative Assistant, located in Raritan, NJ or Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA.

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high‑level administrative and operational support to senior IT leaders, enabling effective execution of technology strategies that support DePuy Synthes’ global orthopedics business. This role plays a critical part inmaintainingorganizational efficiency, supporting complex IT initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across technical and business stakeholders. The position offers exposure toenterpriselevelIT operations and leadership, making it an impactful and highly visible role within the organization,,and reports into the DePuy Synthes Technologyorganization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to senior IT leaders, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for IT leadership meetings, technology reviews, and crossfunctional forums.

  • Serve asa central pointof contact between IT leadership and internal stakeholders, ensuringtimelycommunication and followup.

  • Support planning and tracking of IT initiatives, including meetinglogistics, documentation, and actionitem management.

  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Assistwith onboarding, access requests, and coordination of resources for IT team members.

  • Identifyopportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency within the IT organization.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Associates orBachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, ora relatedfield.

Experience and Skills

Required

  • 6-8years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience, preferably supporting senior leaders.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort working in ITenabled environments.

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and proactivelyanticipateleadership needs.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting IT, Digital, or Technology organizations in a large, matrixed enterprise.

  • Familiarity with basic IT terminology, systems, or project coordination concepts.

  • Experience using collaboration, documentmanagement, or workflow tools to support team operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships across functions.

  • Experience supporting global teams or leaders across time zones.

Other

  • Language: Englishproficiencyrequired.

  • Travel: Limited travel may berequired(generally lessthan 10%).

  • Certifications: Administrative or project coordination certifications are aplus, butnotrequired.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

63,000.00 - 113,400.00 USD Annual

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
