Job Description: - Leads the development and implementation of provider compensation philosophy, guiding principles, citizenship metrics, and quality metrics.
- Provides leadership and oversight for compensation initiatives and partners with leadership on interpreting and applying existing compensation plans.
- Serves as the subject-matter expert on provider compensation, staying current on market trends and regulatory considerations and recommending plan updates.
- Offers leadership, guidance, and mentorship to teams responsible for analytics, advisory services, and operational execution.
- Oversee the design and consistent use of standardized provider compensation methodologies for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
- Provides oversight of physician compensation models, including support for acquisitions and service line development.
- Oversee annual reviews of provider compensation structures to ensure fair market value and accuracy.
- Reviews compensation calculations and evaluates the impact of performance outcomes, identifying risks, variations, or underperformance and partnering with leadership on action plans.
- Identifies opportunities to enhance standardization, accuracy, consistency, and transparency of compensation metrics and calculations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Utilizes advanced computer skills, including Microsoft platforms, to support compensation processes, analytics, and operational effectiveness [Required]
- Application and use of Industry survey data and benchmarks [Required]
- Management and/or use of Hallmark's Heisenberg system [Preferred]
Education: - Bachelor's degree [Required]
- Master’s degree [Preferred]
Field of Study: - In Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field [Required]
Work Experience: - 7+ year of progressive leadership experience in provider compensation, physician enterprise, total rewards, or a related healthcare financial function [Required]
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and supporting the development of leaders and professional staff [Required]
- Experience evaluating, improving, and overseeing provider compensation models and approaches within a complex medical group environment [Required]
- Advanced experience in provider compensation within a large, multi - site healthcare organization [Preferred]
