Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily administration, monitoring, and support of Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, and virtualized infrastructure within Azure M365.
- Focus on managing user mailboxes, distribution groups and permissions; performing routine maintenance on Exchange and virtual machines; and ensuring mail flow continuity and system availability.
- Apply patches, manage backups, respond to service requests, and assist with compliance and retention policy enforcement.
- Support end users with troubleshooting email, calendar and access issues, and coordinate with engineering teams to implement approved changes.
- Play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of enterprise messaging and virtualization services.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Associates degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in an IT related field.
- Active IAT Level II certification or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
- Preferred Certification: Microsoft Exchange.
