Role descriptionWe are seeking a Support Engineer with experience in messaging and cloud-based productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Online and mail flow issues.
- Support cloud platform administration, migration, and licensing activities.
- Investigate Outlook client and connectivity issues.
- Support security, compliance, and retention-related requests.
- Work with identity and access management technologies.
- Maintain documentation and provide ticket updates.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and daily ticket reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on issue resolution.
