Role description

We are seeking a Support Engineer with experience in messaging and cloud-based productivity platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange Online and mail flow issues.
  • Support cloud platform administration, migration, and licensing activities.
  • Investigate Outlook client and connectivity issues.
  • Support security, compliance, and retention-related requests.
  • Work with identity and access management technologies.
  • Maintain documentation and provide ticket updates.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and daily ticket reviews.
