We are looking for a Senior SAP EWM Project Manager. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA.

Siemens U.S. Smart Infrastructure SI LOG is seeking a Senior SAP EWM Project Manager to join our growing team. This key role will be in Alpharetta, GA and will lead the deployment of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solution for all SI Business Units. The Project Manager will be responsible for project governance, cross-functional coordination, and execution of the rollout. The role will be accountable for driving end-to-end supply chain transformation through the implementation of standardized warehouse processes, system integration, and operational initiatives. The position requires strong project management experience and logistics expertise to coordinate between the business operations and IT teams. The role will oversee project progress, financial performance, and milestone delivery, while providing updates and alignment with the Steering Committee.

  • Define and manage project scope, objectives, and project plan
  • Lead and coordinate the SAP EWM rollout project across functional and technical teams
  • Establish and manage project governance, including Steering Committee alignment and escalation management
  • Track and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and timelines
  • Manage project budget, forecasting, and resource planning
  • Steerco representative
  • Coordinate and liaise between the 3 sub-Project Managers
  • Drive end-to-end process design decisions across inbound, warehousing, and outbound processes
  • Lead project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Support and oversee testing cycles (IT, UAT) and go-live preparation
  • Coordinate cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization
  • Escalate business-related risks and issues

Basic Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
  • End-to-end supply chain process knowledge (inbound, warehousing, outbound, transportation)
  • Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of supply chain project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
  • Good knowledge of SAP interface and integration concepts
  • Experience supporting warehouse or distribution center operations
  • PMP or equivalent certification

The pay range for this position is $97,961 - $167,933 annually with a target incentive of 15 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
