Position Description:

CGI Federal is looking for EVM Subject Matter Expert to provide specialized Earned Value Management (EVM) support to the NASA Headquarters Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) EVM Program Executive under the NASA Consolidated Program Support Services (CPSS) contract.

This position is remote.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Serve as a subject matter expert in EVM, delivering independent analysis, strategic recommendations, and support for special projects, research initiatives, and integrated program management efforts across NASA.
. Offer expert consultation and analytical support to NASA programs, projects, Centers, and Mission Directorates, including participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), EVMS Compliance Reviews, Surveillance Reviews, and other independent assessments.
. Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of NASA EVM documentation, including handbooks, requirements, process guidelines, internal collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and website content.
. Design and deliver EVM training sessions and presentations tailored to NASA stakeholders.
. Actively support and present at quarterly EVM Working Group meetings and represent NASA at key industry conferences and symposia, such as the NASA Cost & Schedule Symposium, National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) events, and the Empower Users Group.
. Travel requirements are minimal, with approximately five trips annually.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Expert EVM knowledge, experience, and reporting of Earned Value Management to include EIA-748 EVMS Standard and industry best practices
. Knowledge of NASA policies, reporting requirements, and NASA FAR Supplement, preferred,
. Experience with Encore Analytics' Empower or Deltek's wInsight, Deltek's Cobra, Microsoft Office:Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Microsoft Project and/or other scheduling tools, a plus.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $156,700.00.
