We are specifically hiring this role into our BrioStack product line. Brio was created by a pest control company out of the need for a better software solution. Since pest and lawn care go hand in hand, we developed an all-in-one software that lets you easily integrate services, go paperless, and scale your business. Today we have 3,700 customers utilizing BrioStack to run their business.
Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities in Salesforce.
- Connect with prospects via Inbound and Outbound channels utilizing Salesforce and SalesLoft calls and email cadences.
- Run qualification calls and sssess the needs of prospects to align with the right offering without our EverPro portfolio.
- Articulate the benefits and feasibility of Briostack upgrades and added components like GPS units, ZyraTalk, Customer Lobby and pulseM to prospects.
- Perform online demos for qualified prospects.
- Negotiate and close Expansion opportunities with current customers.
- Become a subject matter expert for all BrioStack, ZyraTalk, Customer Lobby and pulseM products.
- Remain knowledgeable on the Field Service Management Software market & competitive landscape.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales quota and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with managers and peers on projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Working Relationships:
- Internal Departments – Sales, Customer Success, Product Support, Marketing, and other EverPro team members.
- External Stakeholders – Business Owners, Sales & Operations Managers, Dispatchers, Service Managers, etc.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with Office applications including Email and CRM is required.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to build customer rapport through active listening and dialogue with prospects.
- Commitment to collegial and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership.
- Adhere to Service Fusion’s policies and procedures.
- Commitment to ongoing personal growth and development.
- Personal qualities and attributes: ethical, humble, inquisitive, resourceful, competitive, team player.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling to SMBs
- Experience working within the Pest Control/Lawn Car space
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
- Experience with a software/workflow product
- Bachelor’s degree
Where:
TheEverCommerceteam is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in theUnited States– if you’reclose to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or toother office locations around North America. .

Compensation:
The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
