We are currently seeking a Events Senior Specialist to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description:

The North America Events Senior Specialist will be part of a team of briefing advisors who report to the Content and Creative Services Marketing Leader and primarily responsible for leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee volunteering engagement programs across the North America region, while also leading or providing coordination and support for internal and marketing events held at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC). This role works in close partnership with nonprofit partners, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive meaningful social impact initiatives and deliver well-organized internal and/or marketing events (as applicable).

Responsibilities might include:

Lead the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement programs across North America, supporting North America priorities, annual campaigns, and strategic social impact initiatives.

Manage North America CSR campaigns, overseeing planning, communications, stakeholder coordination, budgets, execution, and post-campaign reporting.

Own relationships with nonprofit organizations like the North Texas Food Bank, community partners, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and internal stakeholders to develop meaningful volunteering, charitable giving, and community engagement opportunities across North America.

Administer the North America volunteer management platform, including event creation, user support, reporting, governance, and data management to measure employee participation and social impact.

Coordinate charitable giving and corporate donation processes by managing approvals, compliance requirements, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and business leaders.

Develop and maintain CSR communications and digital resources, including updating SharePoint pages, campaign content, employee resources, toolkits, and other internal communication materials to keep information current and accessible.

Track, analyze, and report North America CSR performance, providing insights on volunteer participation, campaign outcomes, charitable giving, and key impact metrics to support quarterly and annual reporting, while driving continuous improvement of CSR programs and employee engagement.

Lead the planning and coordination of internal executive and marketing events hosted at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), collaborating closely with the events and marketing team (as applicable). This includes scheduling, catering, facilities setup, and designing and implementing the visitor experience.

Support the development and distribution of event communications, invitations, agendas, and post-event follow-up materials for internal and marketing events.

Assist in capturing event outcomes, attendee feedback, and action items; communicate results to the appropriate team members.

Maintain accurate event records, tracking attendance, planning details, and event performance data.

Budget awareness and management support for assigned CSR and EBC internal events.

Skills/Criteria Required:

6-8 years of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility, events coordination, or marketing/employee engagement programs; a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Demonstrated experience planning and executing CSR campaigns, employee engagement programs, or corporate events.

Strong organizational, project management, communication, and people skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.

Initiative-taking, with ability to work independently and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Strong attention to detail with an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity.

Experience managing nonprofit or community partner relationships, volunteer platforms, or charitable giving programs.

Effective written and verbal communications while maintaining a high degree of professionalism.

Ability to adapt to and execute last-minute changes across both CSR programs and events.

Diplomatic with professional appearance and manner; committed to excellence.

Proficiency with digital collaboration tools including SharePoint, volunteer management platforms, and project management systems.

A team player who demonstrates experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, ERGs, and Marketing.

Awareness of CRM processes and event management tools; knowledge of NTT DATA portfolio a plus.

Preferred skills and experience:

Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in CSR, events coordination, or employee/community engagement programs.

Experience administering a volunteer management platform (e.g., Benevity, YourCause, or similar) and managing CSR data and reporting.

Experience developing CSR communications including internal campaigns, toolkits, and SharePoint content.

Industry knowledge of technology services and solutions is strongly desired.

Experience coordinating charitable giving, grant processes, or corporate donation compliance workflows.

Experience supporting event planning or coordination for internal or marketing events in a corporate setting.

Ability to engage with and support multiple levels of the organization, including senior leaders.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $85,300 to $99,500. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
