We're currently searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our Meetings and Events Team Initiatives. Role is to lead technical side of event builds for the FY26 event cycle. This role requires proficiency in the full Cvent Flex platform, including registration website and mobile app development, inbox management, and multi-hotel room block coordination. Responsibilities include building attendee-specific experiences through the Attendee Hub, importing complex agendas from Excel, scheduling personalized emails, and managing push notifications. Preferred candidates will have experience creating multi-day event solutions tailored to individual attendees using Cvent's suite of tools.
