Summary

You will serve as an EVENT FORUM PROJECT LEAD in the Office of the Director of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.

Duties

Help

  • You will plan and execute senior-level forums and executive events.
  • You will coordinate projects, schedules, agendas, and event logistics.
  • You will prepare executive briefings and maintain leadership calendars.
  • You will monitor program activities and recommend process improvements.
  • You will collaborate with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders to support mission objectives.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Planning and executing executive-level conferences, forums, and high- visibility events supporting senior Navy leadership; 2) Coordinating complex projects involving schedules, logistics, agendas, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful program execution; 3) Preparing executive correspondence, briefings, reports, and presentations for Flag Officers and senior leadership officials; 4) Analyzing operational and financial information to provide recommendations and support leadership decision-making; and 5) Communicating and collaborating with senior executives, government personnel, and external organizations on program initiatives and special events.
