- Ensure high standards of care for residents.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
RN/LPN NURSE SUPERVISOR Qualifications:- Active/ Valid RN/ LPN license in the state of NJ.
- MUST have 2+ years of nurse leadership experience in an LTC setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a long-term care setting.
- Communicative, hard-working, reliable
- Team mindset, strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
