Evening Clinical Team Manager plans, oversees, and participates in the daily operation (including telephone triage, crisis intervention such as evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up, on-site, and in the community) of the Mobile Crisis Intervention components of the Community Behavioral Health Center ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing, staff support, and effective participation in the wider service system to ensure continuity of consumer care.
The Evening Clinical Team Manager will provide clinical supervision to designated MCI staff. Will assume evening clinical and administrative on-call duties to MCI/CCS/Respite staff, as well as in a regular 24-hour rotation with other MCI/CCS/Respite management personnel. A critical component of the duties of the MCI Evening Clinical Team Manager is to review all Adult and Youth CCS referrals for appropriateness and facilitates admission in collaboration with MCI and CCS staff in real time. Acts as a liaison with community providers for continuity of care.
Pay Rate:- $81,782.06/salaried for Unlicensed/LCSW Clinician
- $84,872.11/salaried for Independently Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
- Monday through Friday, 3pm to 11pm OR 4pm to 12am
Required Skills- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, such as excel required.
- Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
Required Experience- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related clinical Human Service discipline (clinical degree that provides path to independent licensure) required.
- Independent Licensure strongly preferred.
- At least three (3) years of clinical experience working within MCI required.
