Key Responsibilities:
Interoperability Validation
OCPP 1.6 and OCPP 2.0.1: Ensure that backend systems and charge points are compatible and functioning correctly with these Open Charge Point Protocol versions.
DIN70121 and ISO15118: Validate the interoperability of vehicles and charging infrastructure with these standards, focusing on Autocharge and Plug and Charge functionalities.
End-to-End System Testing
Work with charge point operators (CPOs) to test the complete system, including vehicles, chargers, payment providers, credit card terminals, and backend systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Performance Monitoring
Field Data Analysis: Track and analyze data collected from chargers in the field to identify and address performance issues, especially during the initial product launch phases.
Troubleshooting
Systematic Approach: Use techniques like data mining, system log analysis, and performance testing to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with chargers.

Required Technical Experience
OCPP Standards: Experience with Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP) versions, specifically 1.6 (required) and 2.0.1 (preferred). Experience with both DIN70121 and ISO15118, and knowledge of NACS / J3400, is advantageous.
DCFC Standards: Familiarity with SAE, ISO, and IEC standards related to DC fast charging, including SAE J1772, IEC 61851, and UL2202.
