Job Title: ETL Lead Developer

Responsibilities - Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
- Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
- Leads complex problem solving.
- Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
- Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Requirements - 6-8 years of experience working in relational database design with Oracle and Teradata.
- Proficient in Informatica, with a good knowledge of ETL development.
- Strong experience in design, building, and testing the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) applications.
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses.
- Familiarity extracting data from multiple data sources such as DB2, Oracle, and flat files.
- Familiarity with database stored procedures.
- Strong SQL experience required.
- Experience working in Linux environment and Shell scripting.
- Provide end user support including business queries and requests.
- Provide reviews of the deliverables and identify gaps and areas of improvement.
- Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of standards, guidelines, and industry trends for Data Integration, Data Migration, and Architectures.
- Fulfill and design the development for logical data models as well as physical data models.
- Propose, design & code software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Oversee technical and procedural documentation required.
- Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
- Display an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
- Strong agile/scrum development experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams.
