Job Description
Position reports to the Director, Aeronautics Ethics & Business Conduct.
Position is the Sr. Ethics Officer for the Fort Worth Aeronautics facility.
You will be leading a team responsible for the implementation of the Ethics program elements. You will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct and business practices, advising and supporting leadership in implementation of the Code of Conduct, and establishing an environment that encourages employees to elevate concerns without fear of retaliation.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advise and support leadership in implementation of company code of ethics and standards of conduct, evaluating ethics issues and establishing and enforcing ethics policies and practices.
• Assist Aero leadership in promoting the highest standards of ethical conduct and business practices.
• Propose and implement outreach, education, communication and partnering approaches that will promote a culture of integrity consistent with the Lockheed Martin Vision and Values and Aeronautics Cultural Beliefs.
• Establish an environment that encourages employees to report problems or concerns to someone in authority without fear of retaliation.
• Provide employees with a confidential avenue to express ethics concerns, make inquiries, and report misconduct. Assure such communications may be made without fear of reprisal.
• Oversee, conduct and document investigations into allegations of misconduct, coordinating any required corrective action with organizations across Aeronautics.
• Responsible for Ethics Awareness Training implementation and completion, Business Conduct Compliance Training implementation and completion.
• Develop and monitor key measurements of program and analyze program activity/trends to drive new approaches and quantifiable improvements.
• Liaise with all company functional and program organizations and Lockheed Martin Corporate. Occasional interaction with US Government, suppliers, subcontractors and consultants.
• Support cross-Aeronautics and cross-corporation projects as assigned.
• Coordinate subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Travel required. Specialized training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $131,500 - $231,840. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $151,200 - $262,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
