Key Duties & Responsibilities: - Estimating & Bidding: Review proposal specifications, drawings, and site conditions to determine the scope of work. Calculate labor, equipment, and material requirements to prepare accurate bid/estimate proposals.
- Project Management: Provide project administrative management for awarded contracts. Coordinate with field leadership to establish project objectives, procedures, and performance requirements.
- Operational Support: Monitor production, track project performance, and provide ongoing support for efficient execution (scheduling, procurement, and change order processes).
- Financial Oversight: Partner with contract administration to review and process financial aspects, including billings, subcontractor/material payments, and collections.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Minimum Requirements: - Education: BS degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Compliance: Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card, and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in HCSS software.
- Strong fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with agencies and community leaders.
