We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong estimating and project management experience in the commercial construction or facilities maintenance industry.
Estimator/Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Perform bid services and prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial clients
- Conduct site visits, assessments, and reviews of bid documents
- Manage the proposal process from start to finish
- Review Zoho or designated database for new bid requests
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate labor, materials, and subcontractor services needed for repairs or improvements
- Prepare fair and accurate cost analyses and pricing proposals
Estimator/Project Manager Preferred Qualifications
- Strong background in commercial construction estimating (3+ years)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
