Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial or semiconductor construction estimating
• Preferred 5+ years in industrial (Gas, Chemical, Oil & Gas) or Semiconductor sectors
• Familiarity with electrical estimating tools like Accubid
• Experience with Procore for project management
• Proficient in completing take downs and conducting walk downs
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Must possess a valid US citizenship or Green Card, not open to visa holders

Responsibilities

• Estimate project scope, including logistics, materials, cranes, and electrical components
• Walk construction sites to verify conformity with plans
• Review subcontractor bids and submit bids to clients
• Create and manage bid packages
• Utilize virtual design tools for project estimation
• Collaborate with subcontractors during the estimation process
• Conduct thorough take downs of projects
