Chipton-Ross is seeking a Estimating & Pricing Specialist (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Everett, WA.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESThe ideal candidate is a curious, self-motivated professional with experience in estimating or finance who proactively manages multiple priorities, delivers high-quality results, and acts as a trusted business partner. They ask thoughtful questions and respectfully challenge assumptions to improve outcomes. This standout individual communicates clearly and confidently, presenting concise recommendations to business leaders, and excels at cross-functional coordination. They learn quickly, adapt to new systems, tools, and estimating techniques, and rapidly build program knowledge in dynamic environments.
REQUIRED EDUCATIONEducation/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
WORK HOURSFULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 7:30 AM - 3:00 PMADDITIONALThe candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
