We're looking for an experienced
Estimating Manager to lead preconstruction strategy and build a high-performing estimating team across our New England
operations.
This is a key leadership role where you'll drive winning bid strategies, oversee complex pursuits ($10M+), and partner closely with business development, operations, and technical teams.
What You'll Do- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators
- Oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts for the branch
- Drive conceptual and design-build estimates for complex projects
- Develop bid strategies using market intelligence and cost data
- Partner with BD, operations, and engineering teams to win work
- Support client presentations, proposals, and interviews
- Identify and mitigate risk during preconstruction
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proven leadership of estimating or preconstruction teams
- Experience with large, complex projects ($10M+)
- Strong background in design-build and conceptual estimating
- Proficiency in estimating tools, Excel, and construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills

** Salary range: $150-180K (commensurate upon experience)**
