About the Position:

Hiring for an Estimating Manager to lead the estimating team. Responsible to independently prepare detailed estimates for commercial HVAC construction projects, ranging from small scopes to large-scale jobs, develop proposals, cost breakdowns and participate in pre-bid meetings and job site walkthroughs to assess field conditions firsthand.

Requirements:
  • A degree in engineering or construction related discipline is a plus, but not required.
  • 8+ years of prior Estimating experience for a commercial mechanical subcontractor.
  • Genuine interest in learning and improving from the people around you and on your own.
  • Comfort with Excel and standard office tools; familiarity with estimating software or openness to learning it is a plus.
