We are on the look out for an experienced Escrow Manager to lead escrow operations, develop a high-performing team, and help drive the continued growth of the business.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the title industry inside and out and knows how to balance operational leadership, client relationships, transaction oversight, and business development. The ideal candidate brings strong title and escrow experience, the ability to lead others, and preferably an established network or book of business.

$85,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)

Responsibilities
• Oversee complex escrow transactions from beginning to end
• Review escrow files for accuracy, title issues, and closing readiness
• Lead and support Escrow Officers through complex files and transaction challenges
• Ensure proper handling of escrow funds, reconciliations, compliance, and closing procedures
• Manage workflow and file volume to keep transactions moving efficiently and on schedule

Qualifications
• Solid years of experience in the title and escrow industry
• Proven leadership or team management experience preferred
• Texas title/escrow license strongly preferred; multi-state licensing is a plus
• Existing book of business or strong referral network preferred
• Strong knowledge of title operations, escrow procedures, compliance, and client relationship management
