Job Description

The Role:

Harris Williams is seeking an Oracle ERP Integration Specialist to support the firm's implementation and ongoing development of Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle Cloud applications and other enterprise systems, including CRM platforms, banking systems, expense management systems, and other internal applications.

This position works closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to support financial systems integration, data movement, reporting, and automation initiatives across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle ERP technical knowledge, integration experience, and a solid understanding of financial modules and data structures.

Why This Role is Unique

This is a cross-functional role within Harris Williams' Oracle Cloud environment. You will design, develop, and maintain the integrations that connect Oracle ERP Cloud, EPM, and Fusion Data Intelligence to the firm's CRM, banking, expense, and other enterprise systems, supporting financial systems integration, data movement, reporting, and automation across the firm. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams, you will contribute to initiatives that have a meaningful impact across the organization within a collaborative, professional services environment.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and external systems.
  • Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Develop BI Publisher reports, data extracts, and integration files.
  • Work with Oracle ERP tables, attributes, and financial data structures.
  • Support integrations across Oracle Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Procurement, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Tax.
  • Develop and maintain bank integration files and formats, including BAI2, ISO, and NACHA, for payments, lockbox, and bank statements.
  • Support integrations with CRM systems, banking platforms, expense systems, and other enterprise applications.
  • Support data extraction and integration processes for Oracle EPM and Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and work with business and IT teams to resolve system and data issues.
  • Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and data mappings.
  • Assist with system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities related to Oracle Cloud applications.


Job Specific Competencies, Education and Experience

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience working with Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) may be considered if complemented by other relevant skills.
  • Experience developing integrations using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with BI Publisher.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP tables, data structures, and financial modules.
  • Experience working with Oracle Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Projects (PA), Procurement (PO), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Tax.
  • Experience with bank integration formats, including BAI2, ISO payment formats, and NACHA (ACH payments, lockbox, and bank statements).
  • Experience integrating Oracle ERP with third-party applications.

  • Harris Williams offers flexible work arrangements for this role based on the successful candidate's location. Candidates based in or near Richmond, VA will work on a hybrid schedule, combining time in our Richmond office with remote work. Candidates located outside the Richmond area may be considered for a fully remote arrangement. The specific arrangement will be confirmed during the hiring process based on the candidate's location and business needs.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $140,000.00 - $165,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
