Full Job Description
What You'll Lead
The ERP Integration & SIOP Manager owns two connected priorities: delivering strategic ERP upgrades and building a disciplined SIOP process that aligns demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans. This role exists to improve execution, visibility, and decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead ERP upgrade programs end-to-end (scope, governance, schedule, budget, risks, cutover, and training readiness)
- Align and standardize core processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, manufacturing, inventory, and finance
- Design and run a standardized SIOP model, including monthly cross-functional reviews and decision cadence
- Provide clear program health reporting, ROI/business-case analysis, and structured change management
- Support Engineering R&D/prototyping procurement (POs, work orders, and LOBs)

Required qualifications:
- B.S. in a technical/product development discipline (or equivalent)
- 7-10 years in engineering, program management, and supply chain within product development/manufacturing
- Strong financial communication, quantitative analysis, and leadership skills
- Tools: MS Office, MS Project/Project Online, Power BI

Apply if you can lead complex, cross-functional programs to measurable outcomes. How Your Days Run
You'll split time between focused planning work and direct coordination with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Sales. A typical day includes reviewing schedule and cost status, preparing concise updates for stakeholders, and working through open risks or dependencies before they become delays. You'll spend time in the office and in production areas to validate how processes are working in practice, then translate what you see into clear decisions, change controls, and next steps. Each month, you'll help drive a steady planning rhythm-bringing the right people together, keeping discussions fact-based, and ensuring follow-through. When Engineering has urgent prototype needs, you'll pivot to keep development moving with timely purchasing and tracking.Benefits That Matter
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; Life Insurance; HSA/FSA; Paid Time Off and Vacation; 401(k); Employee Profit Share Program; Employee Stock Purchase Program; Employee Discounts; and a Snack/Drink Room.
