Qualifications

• Strong design skills in EPBCS forms, scripts, and business rules.
• Oracle EPBCS certification is mandatory.
• Experience overseeing financial transformation projects in diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of global methodologies and cross-functional team management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional and technical lead for Oracle EPBCS Financials, Workforce, and Capital modules.
• Design and implement EPBCS forms, scripts, and business rules tailored to business needs.
• Drive financial transformation projects, ensuring best practices and alignment with company goals.
• Offer hands-on guidance in Oracle EPBCS Cloud implementations, with at least 5-7 successful projects.
• Collaborate with off-shore teams to deliver seamless integration and reporting.
• Provide reporting solutions tailored to the environmental services industry as needed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, offering clear insights for project direction and resolution.
