Mission

Being an ERP Business Analyst with us means playing a key role in the evolution of our production systems to support the performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing operations.

As an ERP Business Analyst - Manufacturing Operations, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements related to the ERP production module. You will actively contribute to ERP implementation and enhancement projects in a multi-site environment, while acting as a change agent with the teams.

You will bring functional expertise, ensure the quality of deliverables, and contribute to the standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Play an active expert role in ERP implementation and enhancement projects within a multi-site manufacturing environment;
  • Identify, analyze, and understand manufacturing business needs (site by site), provide clear diagnostics, and formulate structured recommendations;
  • Configure the ERP system and participate in the design and modeling of production processes;
  • Participate in workshops aimed at optimizing and standardizing processes with internal teams and consultants;
  • Translate and clearly communicate operational and functional requirements to stakeholders;
  • Promote ERP best practices and system functionalities to operational teams;
  • Act as the technical reference for the production module and ensure the quality of deliverables;
  • Train users and support teams in the adoption of changes;
  • Act as a positive leader and change agent within the organization.


Profile

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, administration, information technology, manufacturing management, or any other relevant field;
  • Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system integration or evolution;
  • Hands-on experience configuring ERP systems, particularly related to the production module;
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing concepts, practices, and processes;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset);
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong teamwork skills and influence-based leadership abilities;
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written (interaction with English-speaking suppliers);
  • Availability for occasional travel to our manufacturing plants in Quebec.
