ERP Analyst 3 (Oracle E-Business Suite)

Location: Richmond, VA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Contract-to-hire

We are seeking an experienced ERP Analyst 3 (Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Developer) to support, enhance, and develop Oracle EBS R12 Financial applications. This role will partner with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions, support financial operations, and maintain high-performing Oracle environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS Financials customizations, extensions, and integrations.
  • Support core Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, reports, and interfaces.
  • Create reports and solutions using TOAD, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher.
  • Troubleshoot application issues, performance concerns, and data discrepancies.
  • Develop and support integrations utilizing APIs, Web Services, and flat-file interfaces.
  • Coordinate system updates and enhancements with DBAs and infrastructure teams.
  • Ensure compliance with secure coding, change management, and IT governance standards.
  • Support testing, deployments, production support, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite development experience, preferably with Oracle EBS R12.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Financials, Forms, Reports, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience supporting enterprise financial systems and system integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Workflow, OA Framework (OAF), XML Publisher, and Oracle integration technologies.
  • Oracle certifications and experience in large-scale enterprise environments are a plus.
