We are looking for an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm's emerging ERISA class action practice.

We're looking for an experienced attorney ready to take real ownership: to shape strategy, set the direction of the cases you litigate, and help build a practice group rather than simply staff one. You'll bring your expertise to a firm with the resources, reputation, and national reach to go after the most complex ERISA matters in the country - with the autonomy to run them your way.

What You Will Do

• Build and litigate ERISA class actions from the theory stage through trial
• Collaborate with a talented team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform
• Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice

What We Are Looking For

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based
• Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience - plaintiff or defense side - including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits
• Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience
• A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team
