The Equities business is seeking a well-qualified candidate to support strategic project delivery and AI-enabled business transformation initiatives across the franchise. The role will be responsible for driving the execution of key business priorities, coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.
This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and external stakeholders, while also helping to establish and advance the Equities AI and automation agenda.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Project Delivery- Drive execution of strategic Equities initiatives across Financing, Derivatives, and broader Equities businesses.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Establish and oversee project governance, status reporting, action tracking, and escalation processes.
- Proactively drive project execution, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
- Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams
AI & Business Transformation- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and workflow optimization across the Equities franchise.
- Partner with business and technology teams to develop and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and return on investment.
- Support adoption of AI tools that improve front-office productivity, client servicing, workflow efficiency, and operating leverage.
- Establish a pipeline of automation and transformation initiatives aligned to Equities strategic objectives.

- Drive accountability and timely resolution of project issues and dependencies.
- Prepare materials and updates for senior management and governance forums.
QualificationsRequired- 5-10+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, consulting, strategy, or COO functions.
- Experience working within Capital Markets, Equities, Sales & Trading, Investment Banking, or Financial Services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent strategic initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
- This position requires a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office
Preferred- Experience with AI, automation, workflow digitization, or business transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and enterprise AI adoption.
- Experience improving operational processes and driving organizational efficiency.
- Knowledge of Equities, Prime Brokerage, Financing, Derivatives, or Trading businesses.
- Experience working across both business and technology organizations.
The expected base salary ranges from $150,000- $200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
