Your responsibilities will include:- Maintains Equipment Files.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled Equipment Preventative Maintenance R&D and DV equipment.
- Works with Engineers to release Equipment.
- Validate equipment and new processes.
- Maintain complex test equipment, train staff on its operations, and schedule necessary calibration or preventative maintenance.
- Identify additional or new vendors to identify and acquire necessary supplies, materials, equipment and tools for specific projects.
Required Qualifications: - 7+ years' experience equipment maintenance experience. Certifications in lieu of experience considered
- High School Diploma /degree/equivalent
- Coordinate maintenance activates with Calibration department and notify them through CMMS on all unscheduled work orders
- Knowledge and experience on mechanical, electrical, PLC and computer interface equipment
- Knowledge of quality system and FDA regulation
Preferred Qualifications: - Two-year Technical Degree (i.e., AA, Certificate) or equivalent
- Experience working with medical device or pharmaceutical companies
