Equipment Services Manager
Position Responsibilities: - Manages employees performing activities in multiple equipment maintenance disciplines
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and leads process improvements as needed
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 3+ years of experience working in an aerospace, metal or composite fabrication, or a manufacturing environment where equipment maintenance activities are performed
- 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment
- 1+ years in a maintenancerole, leading teams in aircraft maintenance or complex manufacturing equipment maintenance activities including familiarity with equipment reliability concepts and how to apply those tools to improve equipment performance
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience);- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience using Equipment Reliability Concepts and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
